Chef Crafted Recipes
Our Spring Forward Vegi Vegi is an old-time classic in the stockpot, but who needs soup when you could have all the good stuff without it? Roasted, garlicky baby potatoes and carrots, topped off with a savory, colorful pesto sauce. We are including Fresh Zen's Ginger Scallion Pesto sauce in our baskets for the week of April 18th, but the pesto sauce is optional for this recipe.
Roasted to Perfection
Roasted vegetables are easy to prepare and can be enjoyed as a side to many dishes or as part of a main meal. Give roasted cauliflower and broccoli and roasted potatoes and carrots a try. For more of a meal, this roasted peppers, cauliflower, and almonds recipe is prepped with kalamata olives as well to add flavor and heartiness.
Magnificent MainsStuffed peppers are ultimate comfort food, but sometimes they’re not the healthiest. Banza rice stuffed peppers with feta, pepitas, and chili-sage oil is a more nutritious take on the meal without compromising flavor.
