What is Rootastes?

Rootastes is a curated lunchtime delivery service providing healthful, globally-inspired meals to corporate offices based in Cambridge, MA. We believe a great lunch can create a more positive and productive environment for employees and deliver measurable results to a company's bottom line.

How do I order and get my lunch?

We currently accept an order via our website. Rootastes requires orders to be made 24 hours in advance. Inform us your group catering orders, the number of people, address, delivery date and time, then we deliver right to your office.

What is the minimum order?

We require customers to place at least $100 minimum in order to be delivered.

Where do you deliver to?

Deliveries are made by our awesome teams to Cambridge , Boston, and select areas in Greater Boston.

Where and When is my lunch order prepared?

We prepare at our commercial kitchen facility located at 26 New Street, Cambridge, MA. We strive to deliver fresh and savory meals. All lunch orders are cooked the morning of and arrive at your office shortly after being ready.

When is my lunch delivered?

We deliver savory lunch Monday to Friday, with three selections of time: 11.00 AM - 11:30 AM / 11:30 AM - 12.00 PM AND 12.00 PM - 12.30 PM

Where do you source your ingredients?

Whenever possible, we strive to source our products locally in the central New England area.

Do you have a store?

We are online-based lunchtime delivery service, operating between lunch hours from 10 AM - 12.30 PM. Our main sales channel is online via website.

Do the meals contain allergens?

Some meals contain allergens. Allergens like nuts are often times segregated inside the product container in a sauce cup with a lid. Allergens are disclosed in the meal descriptions. All products are prepared in a facility where nuts are present and residual cross contamination could be possible. At this time the nutritional information is not available for our products. Ingredient and allergen information is disclosed. Nutritional information will be provided for all products in the future.
