This warm and toasty option uses rice as a base. Arrange in a rainbow pattern with berries and nuts, add a cup of milk, and your breakfast will be pretty and satisfying.

Chia Bowl

We love chia seeds for their fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, and they’re the perfect base for cereal bowls. Prepare the chia seeds overnight by combining them with milk, then top with fruit in the morning and you’re good to go. Because chia seeds are made into a pudding you can easily take this cereal bowl with you and enjoy it at work. Healthy and portable!

Oatmeal Bowl

No, we’re not talking instant. Oats can be easily prepared either on the stovetop or the night before. For a warm and fruity breakfast, opt for tropical coconut oatmeal that’s crunchy, chewy, and delicious.
