Rootastes Winter Menu

Rootastes’ Winter menu will help you bring healthy lunch to your office in Boston and warm up your day! We’re excited to introduce citrus flavors to our menu loaded with nutrient-rich ingredients to fulfill our bodies to get us through the winter months.

Step 1: Bases


Local Seasonal Greens

A locally sourced, fresh, and crisp salad for those who love greens.

Multi Grains

Wild Grain Brown Rice, Red Quinoa, Water, Salt, Olive oil.

Whole Wheat Spaghetti

AL Dente Whole Wheat Spaghetti.

Step 2: Proteins


Winter Roasted Chicken

Our seasons’ signature honey slow roasted Chicken in our Homemade fragrant rub of traditional French herbs de Provençe and zest of lemon.

Lemon Garlic Tofu

Crisp oven roasted tofu with our homemade lemon garlic spice rub. Finished with zesty lemon sauce, and crisp garlic.

French Herb Steak

Our signature steak cut, first rubbed in our season’s French herb & spices and roasted until tender, then finished off with a traditional delicate homemade steak sauce.

Lemon Dill Roasted Salmon

A classic delicate fork tender seasonal French herb roasted salmon in a rich lemon dill seasoning.

Shrimp Saganaki

Zesty shrimp dish, tender-crisp spiced and herbed shrimp sautéed with garlic, topped with sun dried tomatoes.

Ratatouille

A classic French side, hand cut & roasted zucchini, yellow squash, & eggplant are stewed in a delicious roma tomato sauce and finished w/ fresh basil.

Salad Française

Roasted red potatoes & green beans finished with crispy shallots.

Brussel sprouts, butternut squash roasted with apple cider vinaigrette dressing.

Spicy Coconut Legumes

Chickpea and red beans mixed with fresh purple onions, parsley and our homemade signature red curry dressing, topped with toasted coconut flakes.

Harvest Apple Salad

Crunchy Kale greens and fresh autumn apples make this spectacular salad a fall treat! Topped with a cider vinaigrette, and pumpkin seeds.

Arugula Orange Salad

Bright Arugula and Mesclun with citrusy oranges, crisp red onions, and crunchy fennel.
