Lettuce Burgers With Potato Wedges
Red also takes the spotlight in our Lettuce Burgers with Red Potato Wedges recipe. Paprika not only adds the vibrancy of red to the potatoes, but a kick of smokiness that enhances the flavor of the burgers served with it. (Serves 4)
