Lemon Picatta Chicken
Kicking off the specials menu is our Lemon Picatta Chicken. This luscious rendition of honey oven roasted chicken is served with zesty lemon, a garlic white wine sauce tossed with capers and a touch of light cream, and garnished with sundried tomatoes.
Maika'i Pineapple Tofu
Delicious is the name of our newest tofu offering- literally! “Maika’i” is the Hawaiian word for “delicious,” and our Maika’i” Pineapple Tofu certainly lives up to the hype. This crispy, oven roasted tofu is baked in a homemade pineapple curry that’s livened up with a turmeric and paprika spice rub, garnished with pineapples- of course!-, as well as scallions and red pepper.
Triple C
And our Heart of the Roots sides are welcoming two new offerings to the line-up! Spice up your lunch with Triple C, a curried cauliflower and chickpea dish. We roast the cauliflower and chickpeas with a touch of tomato, onion, and cilantro, which can be cooled down with the minty yogurt dressing we serve on the side.

For those who can’t get enough summer peaches, Peach All Day is sure to be your go-to fix. This Mediterranean-style Panzanella salad is tossed with tomatoes, corn, basil, and peaches and served with crunchy croutons.
