This week our chefs are seeing red. In a delicious way!
In the Red All Over Salad, pickled onions add a tangy flavor that compliments the sweetness of apple and tomatoes. Pickles on salad? Yes please!
Red also takes the spotlight in our Lettuce Burgers with Red Potato Wedges recipe. Paprika not only adds the vibrancy of red to the potatoes, but a kick of smokiness that enhances the flavor of the burgers served with it.
Rounding out the red, this next recipe calls for red wine. Cheers to that! Sautéed Red Wine Veggies with Balsamic Caramelized Onions makes it easy to eat your vegetables. They’re so delicious!
